Shipping and Delivery

1. Products will only be delivered after your payment have been validated.

2. Products will be delivered either via PosEkspres or PosLaju.

3. While PosEkspres is generally cheaper, kindly note that it is not delivered directly to your hand. If you choose to use PosEkspres, please provide an address where you will be available during delivery. Please inform if you do not wish to use PosEkspres.

4. Reference number for tracking of delivery will be notified via email. Kindly ask for reference number if we failed to notify you timely.

5. If you did not receive your package, kindly please notify us within seven days from the date of delivery for our prompt action. We do not held responsible for any missing package after the time lapse.

6. For International customers, please note that the products will be shipped from Malaysia, and the cost will vary based on destinations.

Return and Exchange

1. We allow for exchange of your purchase within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. Kindly please ensure that the items are send back to us with their original conditions.

3. Discount & special price items are final sales and will not be eligible for exchanges.

4. Kindly please bear the shipping cost for the exchange items.

5. For replacement items of lower value, the excess of return will be hold as credit and used for future purchases.

6. For replacement of higher value, kindly please pay for the extra value.
